‘I find the strategies really do engage the students in higher order discussion and they also report back that they enjoy lessons where we focus primarily on discussion as it provides them with opportunities to really think about the concepts we are studying in English’ Peta Clark

NEW:  We have added to additional workshops with additional courses that focus on the NSW Science & Technology curriculum where we use philosophic inquiry techniques of thinking tools and the community of inquiry to enrich STEM learning in the classroom.

These courses will be presented by Sally Parker, a scientist, author, and classroom teacher, and Kate Kennedy White, an Early Childhood and Primary specialist teacher. Both Sally and Kate are practicing teachers with national accreditation as P4C trainers.

Completing any of our listed courses will contribute to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Registered PD addressing 1.2.2, 2.1.2, 3.2.2, and 3.5.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
